On completion of her first state exam she also achieved her diploma in law. In addition to her legal studies in Germany, she completed two further law programs in foreign languages, one in Spanish and one in French. In 2010 she received her LL.M having completed a Master’s degree in Spanish Law at the University Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona. Her proceeding legal clerkship was carried out in a number of different countries in law firms in Latin America (Mexico), Spain and Germany, where she obtained experience in different areas of law including the incorporation of international companies. After successfully finishing her second state exam at the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf in the year 2012, she worked for a multinational company with branches on different continents as well as in a multilingual law firm with different offices in Mallorca, managing its Palma office and extending her international business experience. In this context she could expand her knowledge in the areas of corporate and commercial law as well as in real estate and inheritance law. In 2015, she joined the law firm Porta & Associates as a partner. Currently she is completing a mediator training to be able to offer this service to her clients, too. She is an enlisted lawyer with the Bar association of Germany and Spain (Düsseldorf and the Balearic Islands) and I will be happy to advise you in all questions concerning law, taxes and auditing in Latin America and Europe. You can contact her with respect to all questions in German, Spanish or English. She offers the same service to Latin American companies planning to expand their business to Europe.
